WHEREAS (1) Johnson Gikandi Ngibuini, (2) Ephraim Kinyua
Ngibuini, (3) Faith Mumbi, (4) Lawrence Ngunjiri Ngibuini, (5)
Francis Wahome Ngibuini, (6) Rahab Wairimu Ngibuini, (6) Beatrice
Wanjiru Ngibuini, (7) Philip Muriuki Ngibuini, (8) David Ngibuini
Kuguru and (9) Nerica Janet Wacu Kuguru, on behalf of (1) Sabina
Wanjiru, (2) Karen Wangui Karanja, (3) Miriam Njuguini and (4)
Ngibuini Njuguna, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title Nos.
Mutara/Thome Block I/4219 and 2752 (Mathira), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
