REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Benedict Nalyanya Wanyonyi (ID/0127522), of P.O.
Box 115–30200, Kiminini in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.607 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Trans Nzoia
County, registered under title No. Kiminini/Kiminini Block
5/Misemwa/112, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
