REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Osman Mohamed Ali, of P.O. Box 111-80200, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, known as
Plot No. Mombasa/Block XVII/909, registered as Temp. CF. 20557 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register (green card) opened thereof is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed absolute and no effect.
