REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Sosten arap Samoei, of P.O. Box 493, Eldoret in the
Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Kokwet/865, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with reconstruction of the land register under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
