REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Wilson Ambola Olukalie, is registered as proprietor of a freehold ownership interest in that piece of land containing 13.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Malindi/Pumwani Phase I/297, situate in the Kilifi District, by and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card issued thereof has been destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period within that period.
