THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Markoscar Kenya Limited, of P.O. Box 40198–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. 8466/75 situate in the city of Nairobi Area, by virtue of grant registered as I.R. 124216/1, and whereas Markoscar Kenya Limited has executed an instrument transfer (form L.R.A. 33) in favor of (1) John Wakaba Njau, (2) Andrew Kamau Kinuthia and (3) Samuel Nguku Kariuki, for and on behalf of Mutu-Ini 1962 Age Group Welfare Association, and whereas affidavits have been filed pursuant to section 31 as evidence that the said grant has been misplaced, notice is given that after the expiry of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of the grant and register the transfer (form L.R.A. 33) provided that no objection will have been received within that period.
