REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Philip Wataka alias Wataka Kituyi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of
Kakamega, known as North Kabras/Surungai/164, and whereas in the
Principal Magistrate’s Court at Butali in Succession Cause No. E128 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Jacob Wataka, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Philip Wataka alias Wataka Kituyi
(deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 50 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said
Philip Wataka alias Wataka Kituyi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
