THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS James Njagi Mwito (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.40 hectare of thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as
Ngariama/Ngiriambu/3277, and whereas in the Baricho Law Court, in
Succession Cause No. E9 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Margaret
Njeri Murage (ID/11065978), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Margaret Njeri Murage
(ID/11065978), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Njagi Mwito (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
