THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Kamanyi Gatandi alias Kamunya Gatandi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.8 hectares of thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as
Mwerua/Gitaku/13, and whereas in the Kerugoya Law Court, in
Succession Cause No. E127 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Purity
Wambui Maina, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Purity Wambui Maina, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamanyi Gatandi alias Kamunya
Gatandi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
