GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1882

WHEREAS Albert Kimathi Gatugi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those parcel of land containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Meru County, known as Nkuene/Nkumari/1496, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Meru in Succession Cause No. E713 of 2011, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Peter Mwenda Kimathi as the administrator and beneficiaries are (1) Peter Mwenda Kimathi and (2) Peter Muriungi Kaaria, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Albert Kimathi Gatugi (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of Peter Mwenda Kimathi as the administrator and beneficiaries are (1) Peter Mwenda Kimathi and (2) Peter Muriungi Kaaria, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Albert Kimathi Gatugi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
