GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1884

WHEREAS Joel Mwaura Waweru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 7.5 acres or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, known as Gaturi/Weru/778, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Embu in Succession Cause No. 509 of 2002, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Veronica Munuve Mwaura and (2) John Maina Mwaura, and whereas the said (1) Veronica Munuve Mwaura and (2) John Maina Mwaura have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I 13th February, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of (1) Veronica Munuve Mwaura and (2) John Maina Mwaura, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Mugo Kiriru alias James Mugo Kariru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
