REGISTRATION
WHEREAS James Mugo Kiriru alias James Mugo Kariru
(deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, known as Ngandori/Ngovio/4974, and whereas in the Chief
Magistrate’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. E62 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Lucy Njoki Mugo, and whereas the said Lucy
Njoki Mugo has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of
Lucy Njoki Mugo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Mugo Kiriru alias James Mugo Kariru
(deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
