THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Bernard Musyoka Mutisya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Machakos, containing 1.95 hectares or thereabout, known as
Donyosabuk/Komarock Block 1/89964, and whereas the Chief
Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kangundo in Succession Cause No.
E70 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration to Janet
Nduku Musyoka, and whereas Janet Nduku Musyoka has excecuted an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 39, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 to Janet Nduku
Musyoka, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Bernard Musyoka Mutisya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
