REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Chelangat Tabusambu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Kamobo/2080, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s
Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E127 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of (1) Julia Chebet, (2)
Emily Chemosbei and (3) Grace Jepkemboi, all of P.O. Box 207–
30300, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Chelangat Tabusambu (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chelangat Tabusambu
(deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
