REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Fatuma Mohamed Mkulu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Vanga/41, situate in district of Kwale, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kwale in
Succession Cause No. E189 of 2025, has vested the property to (1)
13th February, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE
Mohamed Abushiri Ahmed and (2) Sayyid Ahmed Mohamed, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Fatuma Mohamed
Mkulu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 19 and L.R.A. 42 of the said application, and whereas upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Fatuma Mohamed Mkulu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
