COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 40 (1) of the Physical and
Land Use Planning Act, Cap 303 of the Laws of Kenya, Notice is given that the preparation of the above draft plans were completed on the 13th January, 2025. The Plan relates to land situated within Isiolo
Municipality of Isiolo County. A copy of the draft plans have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge between the hours of
9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on working days at the Office of the County
Executive Committee Member (CECM), Lands and Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development, Transport and Municipal Services, 2nd floor, Ardhi House, Isiolo Town
Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may send the same to:

Services, 2nd Floor, Ardhi House, Isiolo Town within sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and such representations shall state the grounds on which they are made.
