APPOINTMENT
WHEREAS by an extension order dated 30th July, 2025, I appointed Mr. Philip Ukhevi Uluma, Senior Deputy Commissioner for
Cooperative Development to be liquidator for Mukenia Farmers Co- operative Society (in liquidation) Limited–CS/6238 for a period not exceeding six (6) months, and WHEREAS the said Philip Ukhevi
Uluma has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period.
Now THEREFORE, I extend the period of liquidation for Mukenia
Farmers Co-operative Society (in liquidation) Limited -CS/6238 for another period not exceeding six (6) months and appoint Philip Ukhevi
Uluma, Senior Deputy Commissioner for Cooperative Development to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
