TENDER
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected
Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, notice is issued to the owners of
Mini Bus, Pick Ups, Saloon Car, Trailer and Lathe Machine, which are currently at the yard of Matriz Moves (K) Limited, P.O. Box
82667–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, KCF 476E, KYZ 347, KAM 857X, KSQ 984, ZF 5384 and 2 Lathe Machines, to take the delivery of the said assets within thirty (30) days from publication of this notice, upon payment of the accumulated storage charges and the cost of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
