NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and in accordance with the authority granted under E8 of 2026 at Nkubu Law Court to the public, owners or custodians of various motorcycles and other miscellaneous goods currently lying idle and unclaimed within Igoji Police Yard, to collect the said items within seven (7) days from the date of this publication. Failure to do so will result in the disposal of the unclaimed goods by way of public auction by Makys Auctioneers on behalf of Igoji Police Station, as authorized by law.
