REGISTRATION
NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Auctioneers
Act (Cap. 526) and all other enabling laws of Kenya that ATIF
International Limited shall sell the under-mentioned repossessed motor vehicles by public auction. The said motor vehicles were repossessed following the registered owners’ failure to meet their payment obligations within the agreed timelines. The motor vehicles intended for sale are as follows:
1. Toyota Hiace Commuter – Registration No. KDV 760D.
2. Toyota Hiace Commuter – Registration No. KDV 277D.
3. Mitsubishi Mirage – Registration No. KDT 696Y.
The sale shall be conducted by public auction on a date, time, and venue to be communicated by the appointed auctioneer. Interested bidders may inspect the motor vehicles prior to the auction upon prior arrangement with the auctioneer.
The motor vehicles shall be sold on “as is, where is” basis, and the highest bidder shall be required to comply with the auction terms and conditions at the fall of the hammer. ATIF International Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
