NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 50, in Volume DI, Folio 25/409, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Esther Karwitha Mwiti, of P.O. Box 445– 10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Karwitha Esther M’Naaman alias Esther M’Naaman Karwitha, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name as Karwitha Esther M’Naaman alias Esther M’Naaman Karwitha and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Esther Karwitha Mwiti, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Esther Karwitha Mwiti only.
