NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 374, in Volume DI, Folio 10/85, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Allan Murimi Mugor, formerly known as Allan Murimi Wairimu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name as Allan Murimi Wairimu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Allan Murimi Mugor, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Allan Murimi Mugor only.
