NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 66, in Volume DI, Folio 327/3341, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Shamir Henry Parsaoti Ritei, of P.O. Box 154–00242, Kitengela in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Henry Parsaoti Ritei, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name as Henry Parsaoti Ritei and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shamir Henry Parsaoti Ritei, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Shamir Henry Parsaoti Ritei only.
