NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 8th December, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 286, in Volume D1, Folio 402/4059, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Annette Nasiaki Okello (guardian) on behalf of Zeke Ely Heri (minor), of P.O. Box 48664-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Zeke-Ely Heri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Zeke-Ely Heri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zeke Ely Heri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Zeke Ely Heri only.
