IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article (1) (c) of the Constitution, section 75 (2) (a) and (b) of the Public Private Patnerships Act, the Judicial Service Commssion appoints— Stephen Odhiambo Anditi—Chairperson, Members: Anne Jepkokei Cheboi (Eng.), Brian Mutie Muithya (Dr.), Leonard Kinyulusi (Dr.), Eric Thige Muchiri, to be the Chairperson and Members of the Public Private Patnerships Petition Committee, for a term of three (3) years, with effect from the 9th February, 2026.
