REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdi Ahmed Ibrrahim, of P.O. Box 267-600700, Garissa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of known as L.R. No. 24090, situate in the city of Nairobi Area District in Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered under title I.R. 216906/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
