THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Marion Muthamia Kiara, (2) Edith Mucheche and (3) Patrick Gitonga Kiara, as the administrators of the Estate of Erastus Muthamia Kiara (deceased), both of P.O. Box 32777–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 2787/1274, situate in the Nanyuki Municipality in Nanyuki District, by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 56777/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be constructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
