REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Waifred Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 43260- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, known as L.R. No. 1/677 (Original No. 1/206/2), by virtue of a conveyance, registered as Volume N51, Folio 62, File 16073 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register (green card) opened thereof is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed absolute and no effect.
