THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Gaitungu Chege (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the Kiambu County, registered under title No. Thika Municipality Block 24/2909, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at succession Cause No. E724 of 2023 directing the name of James Gaitungu Chege (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that of Milkah Chege alias Milka Kaberi Chuagah, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (1) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
