REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Crispo Ochieng Odek and (2) Quintor Odek Mijwanda, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.041 hectare or thereabouts known as Kilifi/Ngerenyi/2156, situate in Kilifi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the above parcel of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new green card as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
