REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Kigen Bowen, of P.O. Box 50615–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 1331/2, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 205, and whereas the said proprietor has executed an instrument of rectification of proprietorship details alongside partition and affidavits have been filled in terms of section 65(1) (h) of the Act and Section 31 (1) of the Act declaring the said title document unavailable for registration notice is given that after the of fourteen (14) from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title and proceed with the registration of the aforementioned instruments.
