THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Cyrus Njoroge Ng’ang’a (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Uasin Gishu/Kimumu Scheme/612, situate in Uasin Gishu County, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. 360 of 2004, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Naomi Nyambura Njoroge and (2) Samson Mwangi Njoroge (senior), and whereas the said title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Cyrus Njoroge Ng’ang’a (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
