REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Waswa Marango (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in Bungoma County, known as E. Bukusu/N. Nalondo/358, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Bngoma in Succession Cause No. 131 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration to Bonface Wangila Waswa, and whereas the said register is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the said register, and upon such reconstruction the land register issued earlier, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
