THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ruth Nyambura Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0405 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, known as Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/7507, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. E7 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mwangi Ndungu Kiiru (ID/0911058), and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Ruth Nyambura Mwangi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to Margaret Mwangi Ndungu Kiiru (ID/0911058), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ruth Nyambura Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
