THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Wachira Wahinya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 1/894 (Missouri), containing 0.41 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha, Succession Cause No. E104 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Maureen Wangui Wachira, of P.O. Box 23326–00625, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue the land title deed to Maureen Wangui Wachira, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Wachira Wahinya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
