THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Wambua Ndundu, of P.O. Box 47, Makuyu in the Republic of Kenya, being personal representative of Annah Ndulu Ndundu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.6400 hectares or thereabout, known as Makuyu/Kambiti/Block II/626, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Thika in succession cause No. 502 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Peter Wambua Ndundu, and whereas the said land title deed issued has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 of the said application, and whereas upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Annah Ndulu Ndundu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
