THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muriithi Murage (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Mutira/Kaguyu/1140, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in Kerugoya Law Court in Succession Cause No. E330 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Joseph Karubiu Muriithi, (2) Grace Kaguu Muriithi, (3) Samuel Njiraini Muriithi and (4) Stephen Kibara Muriithi, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Joseph Karubiu Muriithi, (2) Grace Kaguu Muriithi, (3) Samuel Njiraini Muriithi and (4) Stephen Kibara Muriithi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muriithi Murage (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
