THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Musila Kilonzo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.9751 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Machakos County, known as Machakos/Nguluni/2626, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Machakos in Succession Cause No. 956 of 2011, has issued a grant of letters of administration to Raphael Kioko Musila, and whereas the said Raphael Kioko Musila has executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 in the name of Raphael Kioko Musila, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Musila Kilonzo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
