THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Ngui Mutunga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.9 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Machakos, known as Kangundo/Mbusyani/1266, and whereas in the Senior Magistrate’s Court at Kangundo in Succession Cause No. 51 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Dorothy Mbulwa Mutunga and (2) Charles Kyalo Mutunga, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Stephen Ngui Mutunga (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 to (1) Dorothy Mbulwa Mutunga and (2) Charles Kyalo Mutunga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Stephen Ngui Mutunga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
