THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nzoka Mwenzwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in district of Makueni, known as Makueni/Kyaluma/92, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Makueni in Succession Cause No. E3 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Benjamin Mutua Ngumbi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Nzoka Mwenzwa (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Benjamin Mutua Ngumbi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nzoka Mwenzwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
