REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Kipmibei arap Ngerechi alias Kimibei arap Ngerechi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that property known as Kericho/Nyambugo/107, situate in the Bomet County, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Bomet in Succession Cause No. 60 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Reuben Kipkosgei Mibei, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said George Kipmibei arap Ngerechi alias Kimibei arap Ngerechi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and a issue land title deed to the said Reuben Kipkosgei Mibei, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said George Kipmibei arap Ngerechi alias Kimibei arap Ngerechi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
