THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipkoske A. Langat (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Kericho, known as Kericho/Kapsuser/2738, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kericho in Succession Cause No. E394 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) John Kipngeno Sang and (2) Samwel Kipkorir Kurgat, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipkoske A. Langat (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and a issue land title deed to the said (1) John Kipngeno Sang and (2) Samwel Kipkorir Kurgat, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipkoske A.
