REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Nadela Agostino, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.47 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Taita/Taveta County, known as Kimorigo/Mboghoni/2492, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Taveta in Civil Case No. MCELC 11 of 2019, vide court order dated the 29th January, 2026 ordered and decreed that Francis Macharia Mwangi is the rightful owner of Kimorigo/Mboghoni/2492 and the title deed issue to Peter Nadela Agostino be revoked, notice is given that the title deed held by Peter Nadela Agostino shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect and that I shall issue new land title deed to Francis Macharia Mwangi after all the requisite Government fees have been paid.
