THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Orestus Chweya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in district of Nakuru, known as Njoro/Njoro Block 1/543, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in suit No. MCELC/E175/2024, decreed that the land be registered in the name of the petitioner James Mwaindi Bongo, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to register James Mwaindi Bongo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Orestus Chweya shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
