NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 23rd January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 478, in Volume D1, Folio 429/5210, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Isack Oduor Odundo, of P.O. Box 675- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known Newton Oduor Odundo alias Newton Stephen Oduor, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Newton Oduor Odundo alias Newton Stephen Oduor, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Isack Oduor Odundo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Isack Oduor Odundo only.
