NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd May, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 947, in Volume DI, Folio 153/861, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Anne Wangui Machariah, of P.O. Box 18221–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Anne Wangui Kimani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Anne Wangui Kimani, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anne Wangui Machariah, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Anne Wangui Machariah only.
