NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 733, in Volume DI, Folio 42/565, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Chris Karanja Mungai, of P.O. Box 1263– 00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Christopher Karanja Mungai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Christopher Karanja Mungai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Chris Karanja Mungai, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Chris Karanja Mungai only.
