NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th January, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 637, in Volume DI, Folio 18/154, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Zamzam Abdi Abib (guardian), of P.O. Box 43146–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Indira Poojan Maru (minor), formerly known as Bilqees Said Abdullahi Ogle, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Bilqees Said Abdullahi Ogle and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Indira Poojan Maru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Indira Poojan Maru only.
