APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 8 of the Kwale County Bursary and Scholarship Fund Act, 2024 and all enabling provisions of law, H.E Governor, Kwale County, appoints the persons named thereto, to be members of the Kwale County Bursary and Scholarship Committee— Under section 8 (2) (a)— Chief Officer responsible for Education, Under section 8 (2) (b)— Chief Officer responsible for Finance or their Representative, Under section 8 (2) (c)— The Fund Administrator -who shall be the Secretary and an ex- officio Member, Under Section 8 (2) (d)— Nzadze Benzadze, Hamisi Ngedzo Ali, Rukia Swalehe Jamanda, Lydia Kanini Musyoki, Paul Ole Rongit, Jonathan Josia Kisilu, Amani Hamisi Mwinyi. Members appointed under section 8 (2) (d) shall serve for a period of five (5) years, with effect from the 20th February, 2026. Dated the 27th February, 2026.
