APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Anti- Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, I, Martha K. Koome, Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya, appoint— HON. GERALD MUUO MUTISO to preside over cases relating to corruption and economic crimes in the area of jurisdiction of his current court station and future stations deployed from time to time, with effect from the date of gazettement.
